MOVEMENT IS A PRIVILEGE.
I'm not your usual PT. I care about you. Not just about how much you weigh. You're already a sexy beast, but our aim is to live a long, pain-free life.
I was the TAF (Trim and Fit) club girl, bullied for my weight, and I didn't know what my beautiful body was capable of until much later in life. Battling with eating disorders in my late teens to early 20s has led to having double knee osteoarthritis and diastasis recti.
As an avid sports lover who runs marathons,
plays football, spars at boxing, boulders, climbs mountains, and lifts heavy things, learning to adapt my training around my osteoarthritis has really showed me that movement is truly such a privilege.
We move because we can, not because we have to.
The best way to keep fit sustainably is to have fun while doing it. We train for longevity. In our sessions, it's one hour of movement, one hour of play, one hour to be just You. Not your job title, not mum/dad, not daughter/son, not someone's partner, just you.
